About the Nancy Gifford Knight Memorial Fund Nancy Gifford Knight (1937- 2002) To honor the memory of Nancy, her family has asked that a fund be set up at the Center. Nancy was not a "high tech" person by any means. However, she always loved seeing the children's pictures on the Center's websites and knew that this was an important way of finding homes for them. When her family learned that the Center was setting up a website for its affiliate, the Adoption Center of Delaware Valley--featuring a photo listing of the area's waiting children--they wanted Nancy's Memorial Fund to contribute to this. Contributions to the Nancy Gifford Knight Memorial Fund have been used to launch the website for the Adoption Center of Delaware Valley. Further contributions will be used for expansions to the website and to feature waiting children. Please click here if you would like to contribute to the fund or start your own memorial fund.
